Advanced Proposal Analysis: A Critical Examination of Complex Issues


The Advanced Proposal Analysis course is specifically designed for foundation professionals with two to five years of grantmaking experience, and consists of three days of on-site, intensive learning. Tuition for the course is $1950, excluding travel, lodging and evening meals. A maximum of 24 program officers and other grantmaking professionals will be enrolled for each class.

Advanced Grant Portfolio Management       I & II: A Strategic Approach to Grantmaking for Maximum Impact

The Grantmaking School's new Advanced Grant Portfolio Management is a sequence of two separate but connected courses for program officers (or other foundation professionals with grantmaking responsibilities) with three or more years of experience. Tuition per course is $2950, excluding travel, lodging and evening meals. A maximum of 24 program officers and other grantmaking professionals will be enrolled for each class.


A discount of $250 is available to those applicants who have previously taken the Advanced Proposal Analysis course.

  • Evaluation practices
